This is done in fine liner in my sketch pad – I tried to convey a sense of the rocks making up a dynamic and harsh landscape but one that none the less lends itself to life. If you wish to see a bigger version of it just click on the picture.
Percy the Pebble is a character I made up before my little girl was even thought about 🙂
This is me brain storming for one of the stories I have written about him and his adventures – in this one he befriends a baby pebble who turns out to be seed!

My little girl loves space – as in astronomy/cosmos stuff so I am trying to design a sort of Kids Space for stories and the like 🙂 I think this is definatly one that is going in for post processes in the computer! If you want to see a bigger version just click on it!
Well… erm… I sort of tidied up the house and have sort of erm… misplaced my cable for uploading photographs to the laptop :/
I have taken step by step photos of the process so far but can’t show you the results because I am a scatter brained mousse :/
But basically I drew a giant land sloth as that is the type of life style Therizinosaurs had, I then sketched the shape of the skeleton and fleshed it out with the features I thought it should have from what I’d read.
